HIV TREATMENT & HEALTH ISSUES  Study Finds HIV Infection Is an Independent Risk Factor for Lung Cancer
Simply having HIV is an independent risk factor for lung cancer, according to a recent study from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. The researchers found that having HIV increased the risk of developing lung cancer by about 71 percent, though overall lung cancer risk was still low. (On TheBodyPRO.com)
