WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SORE THROAT AND TONSILLITIS?
Question by Adam:
What is the distinction between a sore throat and tonsillitis?
Just curious…I seem to get a ‘sore throat’ rather frequently (whenever I get sick typically). I have a tendency not to go to the doctors with what I assume is just a sore throat, because they do not typically aid too significantly. Anyone with a private encounter?

A comparison is this: A sore throat is like getting a bottle brush stuck down your throat. Tonsillitis is like acquiring flaming lava down your throat. And, it can be tough to breathe simply because your adenoids swell up.
Eat a lot of garlic, it’s an antiviral and natural antibiotic. Sage tea is also excellent, it tastes poor but gargle with it. Or, just use plain salt water as a gargle prior to bed.

if you have been sick with a cold or the flu it might possibly have come from that. now tonsillitis is when your tonsils swell up and you cant swallow
