I HAVE LEFT SCAPULA PAIN FOR SEVERAL YEARS, NO INJURY THAT I CAN REMEMBER. I NEED PAIN RELIEF, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I have left scapula pain for many years, no injury that I can bear in mind. I will need anguish relief, any suggestions?
I have taken numerous distinct meds, PT, hydrotherapy (cold and heat), chiropractic solutions, massage, yoga and other such stretch exercises. A number of x-rays were standard, MRI showed some bulging disc in the lower back but nothing at all else out of the ordinary. I still have chronic pain along the left scapula and for the past few months I now have pain of the left shoulder and up the left side of the neck. I will need pain relief, any ideas?
