Another Yeshiva Student Completes Entire Talmud
Less than two weeks after 19-year-old Canadian yeshiva student Shaya Zirkind completed learning the entire Talmud, Chaim Fieldsteel of Jerusalem celebrated a similar lofty accomplishment: He studied the entire text of the Talmud, along with the anthology of opinions and debates of medieval Jewish European scholars printed on the margins of standard volumes.
Top Israeli General Hangs Out With Jewish Students in Beijing
Jewish schoolchildren in Beijing welcomed Israeli Defense Force Chief of Staff Gen. Benny Gantz to their classes the Rohr Family Chabad Community Centre, singing songs and reciting their own poems in Hebrew and Chinese.
